When to wash your hands
During the day you touch people which increases germs on your hand.In turn, you effect yourself with these germs by touching your eyes,nose, & mouth.By washing your handsitprevents unnecessary bacteria or viruses & other microbes.
Always wash hands before:
  • Preparing foods or eating
  • Treatingwounds givingmedicine(or)caring for a sick r injured person
  • Inserting  lenses
  • Removing  lenses
  • Putting on gloves
Always wash hands after:
  • Preparing food,especially raw meat or poultry
  • using the bathroom  changing 
  • Blowingnose, coughing & sneezing into hand
  • Treating wounds or caring for the sick
  • Removing gloves
How to wash you hands:
The best was to wash hands with soap and water.Follow these simple steps:
  • Turn on facet with paper towel
  • Wet hands with warmrunning water
  • Apply liquid soap or bar soap
  • lather well
  • Rubhands vigorously for at least 20 secondsthebackofyour hand,wrists,between
  • the fingers & under the nails.
  • Rinse well
  • Use a paper towel or elbow to turn off  faucet.

Imagine how many people would be more conscience of washing their hands if they really knew how many germs invade them.Germs may not be visible to the eye,but it surely does exists.Washing your hands is the best defense from a simple cold that could have been prevented.
