- Initial telephone interview
- In-person interview with a specially trained case manager
- Evaluation of practical skills, communication, integrity, and professionalism
- Comprehensive reference checks, including phone interviews with a minimum of four professional references
- Verification of training, certifications, valid driver’s license, insurance, and work eligibility
- Ongoing telephone follow-ups and home visits to ensure continued quality of care and client satisfaction
